A solid tempo anticipated with Sun Sun La Luna and Sieben Farben ahead of Mikey and Mountain Laurel. SIEBEN FARBEN (9) is a promising type who scored at his last run before a break three-and-a-half months ago over 1600m at this track. Yet to miss the top three here in four starts and will be hard to stop again. MOUNTAIN LAUREL (10) got home by a neck last time out over 1600m at this circuit. Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance and will prove tough to beat. MIKEY (2) showed good early pace over 1600m here when resuming last time and kept going to score by a nose. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. AREMPA (1) was beaten 4 lengths into fifth over 1400m at this venue three weeks ago. Nicely placed to find some form from the inside alley.
