Expecting Crimson Factor to set a genuine tempo after crossing from wide out. FIORENSACT (3) has had 3 runs back from a long spell and should be nearing his peak fitness now. His last run was just over 5 weeks ago and he steps up to a mile for the first time this prep. He has not missed a cheque over this trip, including his sole win, and with a further drop in class, he is ready to put his best hoof forward. FANTASTIC BABY (4) has been out of form for some time but has won 2 of 5 starts over a mile and he normally loves a wet track. He drops right down in class and Paul Gatt is a positive jockey change. Include. INNOCENT PEG (11) did not do much at Mount Gambier last start when ridden on the pace. She is better off when settling back in the run and is capable of a top 3 finish in this sort of lineup.
