DERMA BEELZEBUB (2) has won nine from 13 and is unbeaten in eight runs this preparation, including success at this track last start. Hard to go past on recent form. FOUR SIDE NINE (3) lifted strongly to score last time with 1.5 lengths to spare over 1400m at this track, making it four in succession. Shinji Hatanaka has been the pilot at his last four wins. Should be in the finish. TROIS CHARME (8) pushed forward and went on to record a determined win last start by a neck over 1400m at this track. Should park just off the speed despite a difficult draw. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. Multiple Grade 1 placegetter MEINER PROMPT (6) made progress last start to finish second over 1400m at this track. No surprise to see him in the mix.
