Genuine tempo with Stop The Water leading the way. PACIFIC PADRINO (1) built on a nice third two starts back with success as public elect over 1200m on the all-weather three weeks ago, getting home by a head. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again. STOP THE WATER (7) has been in the top three at all five runs this prep but is proving costly lately Expected to be right in contention over his favourite course and distance. STRIKE GOLD (9) was given a short break after finishing fifth over 1600m in the SGG2 Singapore Guineas at this track six weeks ago. Kept ticking over with a subsequent trial. Worth plenty of thought. DANCING SUPREMO (2) went around over this course and distance last time and led from the outset to score by 0.8 lengths. Should figure in the finish.
