Genuine tempo with Hurricane to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. Group 3 winner GREATHAM BOY (7) raced on the speed and kept going to score by half a length last time out over 1200m at this track. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. The talented PACIFIC VAMPIRE (1) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish one length away in third over 1400m in the SGG3 Silver Bowl at this track. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. MT NISEKO (5) finished third at this track and distance at his last appearance nine weeks ago. Good fresh performer who looks well in at the weights. Among the better hopes. GOLD STAR (2) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when sixth over 1400m at this track. Can sneak into the top four.
