Several of these have terrific gate speed so the pressure will be on from the outset. BOY BIG (2) was third fresh up before just battling last time out when getting a long way back in the running early on. He will be nearing his peak fitness third up and drops another class. Hard to beat this time, especially with the aid of the pole position. FAMILY TIES (4) has been mixing his form this prep and was a fair fifth in the same race as the top pick last time out. He is better than that and is worth another chance here. HELLO CAROL (7) had to work a bit too hard early on from a wide gate last start and couldn't finish her run off. Her form before that was on the improve and she can make amends from a superior draw this time. BOLD TROPIC (1) has been given a freshen-up of 8 weeks since finishing fifth last time out. He is capable on his day and can get a slice of the finish here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boy Big to win.
