Plenty of pace evident with Wagamama Body and Odamaki leading the way from Ricercata and Viva Acapulco. WAGAMAMA BODY (2) had a bit on her rivals last time with an impressive 7 lengths win over 900m at Kawasaki. Should park just off the speed. Will prove tough to beat. RICERCATA (11) is close to a win after a string of recent placings, the latest when third over 800m at Urawa. Yet to win at this distance but has recorded two minor placings so she is expected to measure up. SMILE POPPY (9) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at this track over 1500m. Steps up a level but she is capable of running a bold race. A SHIN HEMERA (8) missed the frame last time when fourth at Urawa. Prior to that had been in the money on two consecutive occasions.
