Sat midfield and rounded them up with ease over 1100m at Scone with the 57kg in C1 grade. Should have little trouble running the 1300m in his toughest test to date. BIG OPINION (10) plagued by wide gates last prep and was well fancied when resuming with a hard fought second over 1100m at Nowra. Comes to hand quickly and will appreciate the big drop in weight. Leading prospect. XCESSIVE FORCE (3) returns from a let-up after she raced without luck with a slashing sixth in the Southern Wild Card over 1400m at Goulburn.
