Moderate tempo with Espresso To Go leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. CHANTILLY LACE (5) tried her heart out when finishing runner-up at Trentham 2 weeks ago and is as tough as old boots, having her third run in as many weeks. The small field will ensure that she stays in touch with the leaders, and she deserves a winning turn. BENEFACTOR (4) was too tough at BM75 level at Otaki just over 3 weeks ago. She will still be on the up with her fitness and drops 3kg here. Stick with her. WHEELITIN (6) has not won for some time and did not get into the race at Trentham last time out, on a day where it was very tough going for those out the back. She is normally very genuine and can bounce back here. URENUI (3) resumes from a spell and was a big winner at the Foxton trials last month. She normally needs a run, but the small field will help. Watch closely. TOBIAS (2) will be peaking third up, and he did win his only start here. Don't risk him. CHASE (1) is very hard to catch but is another who is capable of producing a big run when his mind is on the job. SUGGESTED PLAY: Chantilly Lace deserves to win another race.
