Strong early pace expected with Split Cast and Prime Tailor pushing up to set the tempo from their low draws. PRIME TAILOR (1) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 7 lengths over 1400m at this track. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Inside draw will assist and a bold showing is expected. MORIDEN JUDO (2) is finding the breakthrough elusive, finishing seventh at his latest appearance over 1400m at this track. Rates highly on best form and should go a lot better from the good draw. TEARJERKER (10) missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 820m at this track, finishing 12th. Out in trip and has the talent to figure prominently. SPLIT CAST (3) was quickly into stride at this course and distance last time and was handy on the corner but couldn't go on in the straight and finished eighth. Yoshiki Kamomiya has registered two minor placings when on board and don't underestimate.
