Genuine pace headed by Green Amber from her wide draw. Six-time placegetter LIBBY ANN (10) faded at the end of a mile at Stawell last time out when on a five-day back-up. Curious move to drop back to 1200m, with 1300m being the shortest race the five-year-old has contested. Nevertheless, has the talent to test this moderate field. FIGURANTE (6) has been struggling but is rock hard fit now after four runs back and might surprise. WATT ON EARTH (5) resumes. Better over more ground but a strong jump-out at Ballarat recently suggests he can make a positive return. GREEN AMBER (7) ran a cheeky race at Naracoorte last start and Meech is a smart booking if they want to roll along in front again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Libby Ann each-way.
