Vancouver Rain is likely to roll to the lead and set a decent tempo. Not the strongest race. ACESALLROUND (1) has run third at his past two starts, good at huge odds over 2000m at Seymour two back and then good at Echuca over this trip last time. Finds the right race now and should take beating. KISO (6) is a 20-start maiden but has placed in his past three starts, including a 0.2-length defeat at Stawell two starts back. Just needs to hold that form to be going close again. CHELMSFORD (4) is a 20-start maiden who has been okay of late. He wasn't beaten far at Echuca last time when fifth and can sneak into the finish. CULLODEN MOOR (5) ran third on resumption at $81 at Pakenham Synthetic and if he can go on with that he'll take beating. VANCOUVER RAIN (10) is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Acesallround to win.
