Reasonable tempo with Logi Mustang probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. PRINCESS ROSY (8) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 900m at Kawasaki after being in the firing line all the way. Must raise the bar but another big run will not surprise. COPANO STANLY (2) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a spell on January 31 finishing ninth and beaten 10 lengths over 1300m at Kochi. Has switched to the Masakazu Kawashima stable. One of the genuine hopes in the race. SOLEA (4) showed good speed over 1200m at this track and led throughout to score. Should be ridden positively again and capable of going close on best figures. LOGI MUSTANG (9) has been in the market at her last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest 12th at Kawasaki over 1400m. Expecting improvement.
