Genuine tempo from Lawrenny Boys working across from the outside draw and Colleen's Crown also pressing on. COLONEL BOGEY (2) looks close to getting off the mark. Ran on well to just miss fresh then was cluttered up but beaten less than a length when fourth last time. With clear air will be tough to hold out here. THE LITTLE BAY (7) wasn't really fancied on debut and was last throughout but really motored late and got home into fifth. Better for the run and the big field here suits. Expected to run into the finish with a repeat. SOUTHERN AURORAS (11) has been in the placings at three of four starts and fresh-up hit the line hard to just miss. Fitter again and looks a top chance with any luck from the wide gate. ARGYLL DIAMOND (8) ran on hard to just miss two back then sat closer latest and was runner-up again. Going well and surely has a maiden win on the near horizon. PACIFIC WITNESS (15) was a close-up fourth on debut then not far away when fifth last time. Has upside and looks one of the chances. SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Colonel Bogey.
