Not a great deal of pace on paper so it may be left to one of the debutants to take it up. Tricky. REGINA DEI RE (7) resumes and three back placed her on debut. She's prepared well for her return and most recently won a Tatura trial easily. Has the race experience and is ready to go. Ditto NIC THE CASH (2), who is first-up for a leading metro barn. Placed at Cranbourne before the spell, and his Flemington jumpouts have been sharp. PULL MY FINGER (3) debuts and she's shown plenty of ability at the jumpouts. The gate is a touch awkward but Egan is booked and a bold run is likely. COSMIC VIXEN (5) also draws out a touch but has also prepared well for her debut. She has to be kept onside. SUGGESTED PLAY: Regina Dei Re on what we've seen.
