Solid pace with Irwin finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. MALAIKA (4) is a promising type who is unbeaten after three runs, the latest over 1400m at this track. Is yet to beaten fresh up from three starts and will go close again. BLUE MESSIAH (7) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 9 lengths from the winner in tenth over 1700m at this track. This looks a nice race so expect him to be right in the finish. GRAPHOS (8) has been racing in great heart with two top-three finishes on end, the latest a second over 1400m at this track when he was in the firing line all the way. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. A SHIN PISSARRO (9) pushed forward from a wide draw last time out and found the front, holding the lead for most of the way and sticking on well to finish third over 1400m at this track. Should give backers a sight again.
