Genuine tempo from Miss Dee Reign leading Fire 'N' Stone. JOSEPHINE (2) will find this much easier after struggling at Randwick three weeks ago. Was a good winner the start prior at Tamworth and if she recapture that form here she'll take plenty of stopping. Bullock's booking adds confidence. FIRE 'N' STONE (1) was well below her best when resuming at Gosford last start but is better for the hitout and should find this easier. Gets an important 2kg claim too. SMART LILY (12) ran below expectations last time at Scone finishing sixth after a strong first-up effort behind Josephine. Can bounce back third-up. RISK ASSESSMENT (15) caught the eye late at Moree last time when getting home strongly into a midfield finish. Is drawn to settle closer this time and can play a more significant role.
