I Am Steffi should find the front with Sirsa Nuwa and Whiskers on her heels. I AM STEFFI (5) talented mare chasing her third straight victory. Showed good speed from the wide gate to grip on late and salute over 1206m at Port Macquarie as favourite. Hard to stop in this vein of form and the senior rider hops aboard. JOSEPHINE (7) thrown in the deep end from the wide barrier with a battling tenth over 1300m at Randwick in BM72 grade. Gets a better set-up for this and shapes as there main danger. SIRSA NUWA (3) improving mare who comes back in class and the tongue-tie goes on. Chased hard in the heavy going with a plugging second over 1262m at this track. In the right race and gets her chance from the draw. PELOSA (2) had excuses first-up when snagged back from the wide gate to finish eighth over 1125m at Grafton. Extra trip in her favour from the better draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: I Am Steffi and Josephine shape as the two leading contenders.
