Fast tempo assured with Gifuno Oumasan, Luxe Bonita and Activo going toe-to-toe. GIFUNO OUMASAN (5) was in control from the outset to score as favourite on debut over 800m at this track seven weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. ACTIVO (1) could only manage fourth on debut then improved last start but found one better over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. LUXE BONITA (6) will find this a little easier than his second on debut three weeks ago, beaten 3 lengths at the end of 800m at this track. Will benefit from that experience so he is among the leading chances. LUNA VICTOIRE (4) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish third over 1400m at this track. Is going well with three minor placings from as many runs this campaign. Not to be discounted.
