Solid tempo expected primarily from Haze And Smoke and Silva City. GOLDEN PALM (1) placed in the Grade 2 Gauteng Guineas when last resuming then was in the top class at next two. Very well placed this company and expected to go close fresh. EXCEEDINGLY GLAM (3) has scored at her last two starts, most recently by 1.75 lengths over 1100m at Fairview All Weather as favourite. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with two wins from three outings. Can measure up again. SILVA CITY (2) impressed first-up then took on a much better race last time when 11th over 1600m in stakes class at Fairview All Weather. Can bounce back to her best form. DUPONT EMERALD (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at Fairview All Weather, beaten 1.3 lengths into fourth. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
