Genuine pace with Poison Polestar taking up the running ahead of Dia Graf and Tamba Busho. DIA GRAF (11) comes here off a break of four months. Scored over 1500m at Himeji at the start of last prep. One of the genuine hopes in the race. BOW VOGUE (2) turned in a modest performance when third last time out over 1400m at Kasamatsu, beaten 3.5 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. POISON POLESTAR (9) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish third over 1400m at this track. Has a solid record here at the distance with two wins and six placings from 11 tries. One of the main contenders. CHERRIKA (10) never got into the race when 12th last time at this track but drops in weight for this. Can figure in the finish on best form.
