Cosmo Magallanica is likely to take charge and set a decent tempo. COSMO MAGALLANICA (1) was a gutsy winner last time over 2000m at this track, scoring by 3.5 lengths and making it four wins in a row. Can continue to build on the strong recent form. KEIAI SANDERA (4) returns from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep in the G1 Tenno Sho at Kyoto. Has switched to the Hideyo Yoneda yard over the break. Rates highly and should take beating is this much easier assignment. GLUHWURM (2) was fresh from a break of two months last start when beaten a nose into second over 2000m at Kawasaki after he was up on the pace all the way. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Can win this without surprising. VEHEMENT (5) best of the rest.
