Despite the wide draw Riko Glock should cross and set a genuine tempo. GORDIAN KNOT (5) drifted back from his wide draw last time then hit the line hard to finish second at this track over 1200m. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. PORTE D'ITALIE (3) pushed forward last time and battled on gamely to finish just a neck from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. Should go forward again from a good gate. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. AUFWIND (7) showed good speed here last time over 1600m and led into the straight before being claimed and fading to finish fifth. Will give a sight again. MAPLE PEER (8) best of the rest.
