Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Engelspiel. KING OF WORLD (7) was on a winning run of two races but last time out missed the frame when eighth over 1400m at this track. Can find winning form again. HOME RUN BATTER (3) was below his best last time, finishing seventh over 1400m at this track. The engagement of Tsutsui Yusuke is noteworthy. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. RING BOY (2) showed little early dash last start but found the line strongly to get up for third, beaten 3 lengths, over this course and distance. Tough to stop again. SEVEN THREE ROSE (6) drifted back over 1580m here last time before winding up late to finish fourth, beaten 1.2 lengths. Will be putting in the big strides late and can feature.
