BOLD CHANGE (1) is a consistent commodity who has only missed the top-five once in 11 career outings and doesn't know how to put in a poor one. Only needs some luck navigating from the sticky draw to be playing a major role in the finish. MORDECAI (2) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by a neck over 1609m at Townsville last time out. Solid top-three prospects on best figures. CITIROC (9) was out of the money two runs back then just missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1560m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth. Has his share of talent and will prove hard to beat in this suitable race. THE LAST SAGA (3) finished 4 lengths adrift in sixth last time at Rockhampton. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
