FOUR LEAF WONDER (4) filled yet another minor placing last time when 2.25 lengths adrift in third over 1400m at Townsville after being in contention all the way. Looks well placed in this line-up so expect another big run. FIVE STAR KING (2) was in contention on the bend and finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1100m at this track, beaten 0.7 lengths. Strips fitter now and shapes as a winning hope. DIAMOND LUCY (11) performed well last time at Townsville, finishing fourth and only 1.75 lengths from the winner at the end of 1200m. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. SOUND THE BUGLE (8) is a last-start winner who shouldn't be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Four Leaf Wonder.
