Blaine Marx-Jacobson scored on her last time and retains the mount. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. AVOONTOAST (4) has not won for a long while. Last raced on May 14 when beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth at Vaal over 1800m. Ready to win and hard to beat in this suitable race. BOOM BOOM (10) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at Vaal, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
