Strong tempo to be established by Mimosa No Kisetsu, Gold Lane and Yosari. GOLDEN RING (4) produced a reasonable effort when third last start over 1400m at this track, beaten one length following a win at Nagoya the start prior. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Facing a tougher assignment but she is good enough. YOSARI (1) ran below his best when ninth last start over 1400m in Listed grade at Kyoto. Definitely worth another chance. MIMOSA NO KISETSU (6) is back from a spell after closing last campaign with a couple of wins, the latest over 1400m at Kanazawa on April 7. Junki Mochizuki who has scored on him four times retains the mount. One of the main contenders. EARTH JUDGE (2) progressed nicely last time out to score by 6 lengths over 1500m at Nagoya. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
