BLUE STRATUM (5) was flying with two wins in a row before being sent out favourite last time and finishing second over 1000m at Townsville. Key runner who can make amends. ACROPHOBIC (1) settled well back last start and never threatened when 4.5 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1300m at this track. Draws favourably in gate two and is nicely placed to make amends. SUNNYCOAST (2) is an 11-time winner who has been performing well, beaten 1.5 lengths into second last time out over 1200m at Bowen. Races well here and expected to figure in the finish. DAIMYO (11) is back after a break of ten months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1100m at this track. Makes plenty of appeal while fresh. SUGGESTED PLAY: Blue Stratum to continue the rich vein of form.
