Expecting Rough Cause to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. BETTER NOT SLIP (10) returned in fine fashion with a solid second here before not measuring up in Listed company last time out. Strips fitter third-up from the spell and will find this task much more to her liking. Draws favourably and can bounce right back. ROUGH CAUSE (7) was well found at this circuit on debut and didn't let supporters down with a dominant two-length victory. Winning rider Lang sticks in the saddle and can go back-to-back to start the career. SWAG (8) was a touch disappointing when resuming but will have come on with that run now in the locker. Top three commodity. SEQUEL (12) boasts a win around this circuit and may trouble the judge with any luck in transit. OPETAIA (11) next best in an open race to close out the card. SUGGESTED PLAY: Better Not Slip to win.
