Likely to be there at the finish again. DAIYU ROUGE (6) finished 12th over 1200m at Ohi at her most recent appearance on January 12. Now under the care of new trainer Kazuma Yabuguchi. Rates highly and should take some beating. ICHIMOKUSAN (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a 11th over 1500m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. SOPRANO TOUCH (4) failed to figure again last time over 1500m at this track, beaten 4 lengths into sixth. Cannot be left out of calculations.
