Great Promise and Swansee should set a strong tempo. SAIGON DANCER (1) bolted in fresh and has been good in defeat her past couple, beaten 0.4L last start at this track and trip. She's likely to get back from the wide draw, but she's a talented filly on the rise and she can bounce back to winning ways today. MISS FINKMEYER (3) trialled well and went straight to Saturday grade, beaten a long way in Open 3YO company. They hit the reset button and she's trialled well again since. Back to this level looks ideal and CJP hops on board now. Expecting a much better effort now. BERRY BLAST (4) was tested in the G3 Champion Fillies before the break but found that a bridge too far. Didn't come up in January, but her recent trial is much better and Pike takes the ride fresh. Can return on a positive note. GREAT PROMISE (2) can sit on the speed from a good draw and will give them something to catch. TORA BORA (8) is not to be discounted on resumption. SUGGESTED PLAY: Saigon Dancer can get back to winning ways.
