Ultra Blue is the probable leader in the small field. ULTRA BLUE (1) gets the nod. He's in great form, winning two of his past four including an all-the-way win at Sandown Lakeside last time out when well backed. Did struggle his only go on synthetic but that was on debut - give him another go. COMIC HERO (2) is having his first go on synthetic, coming here in good form as well. He tackled a much stronger race in town last time and worked home well for third behind Thebelmontgangster & Lovelycut. He'll give the danger a start but look out late. PRINCEOFNOTTINGHAM (4) made nice improvement second up at Caulfield Heath and has claims now with a good synthetic record. LETHAL THOUGHTS (3) was a narrow winner two back and has claims on best. BUCKS NIGHT (5) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ultra Blue to win.
