EL DORADO (6) strode forward early from his wide draw over 1200m at Morioka Dirt last time, leading for much of the way before being claimed in the straight to finish third, beaten 2 lengths. Will take catching. SHOOT THE MOON (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at Morioka Dirt, beaten 9 lengths into fourth. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. MEISHO OTAMOY (9) finished 2.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being prominent at the turn over 1200m at Morioka Dirt, an improvement on her 13th at Nakayama Dirt the run before. Nicely placed to take this out. FINE WOMAN (4) produced another moderate effort last start when 11th over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Well placed to make amends.
