Solid tempo anticipated with T M Daitaka and Takeno Eiko pressing forward with Curl Maji not far away. T M DAITAKA (3) was in a different class last time, registering a dominant 5 lengths win over 1300m at this track to make it two in succession. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Likely to feature. TAKENO EIKO (9) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out here over this journey. Should be close to the speed despite the draw. Nicely placed to figure in the outcome. CURL MAJI (8) hasn't been as effective of late but there's prior form that measures right up for this. Worth another chance on best figures. SUBATOMIC (4) hasn't fired a shot in her two runs back so far but has been tackling much tougher company. This is her first run for the Shizuo Oshima stable and gets a sharp drop in grade. Worth keeping safe.
