ENTAIN/NZB INSURANCE PEARL SERIES 1600m Track: AW True |

Without a great deal of early pace evident She's Sinatra may lead the way over Powerofpersuasion. POWEROFPERSUASION (1) made an encouraging debut for her new connections from the powerful Terrie Rae stable when finishing third fresh up here 2 weeks ago over 1400m, She has won her only start over 1600m, and she is the one to beat for us. ALIENA (2) boomed home for an impressive maiden win at Ashburton, and has since carried on with that form with 2 further minor placings on this surface. Stick with her on an each-way basis. IRON MAIDEN (4) followed up her solid fresh up effort here with a strong finishing win on this track 2 weeks ago. She is up from BM60 to BM65 level here, but she is up to the task. Include in all combos. SHE'S SINATRA (7) capped off her improving form with a neck win at Ashburton nearly 8 weeks ago. If she doesn't need this run, then she is worth including again. RED STAR BELLA (6) showed her preference for this surface when winning here nearly 4 weeks ago at this level. Each way. WREN (8) was a solid BM60 winner here 2 weeks ago, and she has top 4 claims here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Powerofpersuasion to win.
