Has a solid second-up record and can return to winning form here. ISTOLEA MERC (12) classy sprinter resuming. Primed for this with the two good trials and can get the better of these from the right draw. WORLD ALLIANCE (5) slashing return from the long layoff with an unlucky third over 1000m at Gosford with the 59.5kg. Since fitted with a 1000m tick over trial at Hawkesbury. Will go back from the draw and be ridden for luck. CREPE MYRTLE (14) blinkers go on today and can overcome the sticky map.
