From the wide draw Affaire Vue can cross and set up a solid tempo. AFFAIRE VUE (8) has found form now, following up his solid fifth in two runs back with a strong win over the mile at Strathalbyn last time. Is open to further and should have enough early muster to offset the wide alley. Can win again. SCENIC HOST (3) gave away a start then stormed home to win well here last time out. Keeps Opperman aboard and has to be taken seriously. MR TRAFFICANTI (6) won at Gawler two starts ago then had excuses last time when pulling up lame. Worth another chance. CROWN AND ANCHOR (5) will find this a fair bit easier and boasts peaks that measure right up. Shoulders three wins over this trip and is among the main hopes. SPANISH SNITZEL (12) has mixed his form but gets in well at the weights and can sneak a minor spot if on song. SUGGESTED PLAY: Affaire Vue can win again.
