Marukei Rock should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. YUYU ROSETTA (2) was never in contention when 11th over 1600m at Morioka last start, a less impressive effort than her fifth at this track the run before. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is perfectly placed to score. MARUKEI ROCK (5) will find this a little easier than his second on debut four weeks ago over 1000m at this track. Will benefit from that experience so he will be hard to beat. SELLOUM (8) never really threatened on debut, finishing midfield over 1000m at Morioka. Likely improver and capable of a far better run. A SHIN SEAMLESS (1) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing 4 lengths away in third over 1200m at Monbetsu. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
