Solid tempo with Come On Glamour possessing enough dash to find the front. PRINCE RUPERT (8) has been in the money at both runs this campaign. Raced wide but still managed to dig deep and get up for third last start over today's course and distance. Drops 4kgs under today's scale. Has had plenty of chances but this looks the right race for him to break through. COME ON GLAMOUR (2) did her best work in the closing stages to get up for fourth at her last appearance over 1175m at Grafton on July 17. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and it will be no surprise if she figured in the finish. LOPP SIDE (1) is a gelding by Odyssey Moon on debut and is trained on this track by Wayne Wilkes. Didn’t do a lot in most recent trial but suspect there is more to offer on race day. HYBRID (7) wasn't beaten all that far over today's course and distance last time out. One for the exotics. Cannot make a case for the other runners in a shallow maiden. SUGGESTED PLAY: Prince Rupert gets his chance.
