Where Ya Bean should lead and dictate terms. KENTUCKY NICK (2) was solid fresh over 1500m and has since trialled as well. Has a great record when second-up and expected to improve sharply over the longer journey. EDZEL (3) has been placed the last two on the synthetic and should be ready to fire now out in journey. Facing a long drought but gets chance. OUTCASTER (4) has been freshened since winning this track and trip and same grade latest. Rises in weight but Bowditch sticks and is among the main hopes with a repeat. VINO CORONA (8) is fitter for two runs in and after a much improved run second-up here in the same grade also looks ready to fire. Can feature in the finish again. QUITE THE LASS (5) raced on speed here in tougher class and was beaten only half a length. Best figures stack up for this and is worth including again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Kentucky Nick.
