Expecting a genuine tempo. HETTINGER (2) was an upset but game winner here in his penultimate start, and then tried hard for second here 9 days ago. He slides back in class, and with Nash Rawiller stepping into the irons, he will be hard to hold out again. BON'S YOUR BACK (1) battled away bravely for second here 5 days ago and steps up to a mile for the first time. He cops a superior gate and should be right in the finish again. GROUNDRUSH (7) was a tough winner in lesser company here nearly 3 weeks ago. That was his first sign of form since shifting from Victoria, and he should now kick-on with it. SUPER FAMOUS (9) is always a chance on this circuit and the pole position will enhance his each-way claims. SEGUSO (5) will be at his peak fitness now, and is capable of figuring in the first four placings. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hettinger is in a good space and can take this out.
