Resumed with a slogging on pace second over 1200m at Wagga in the heavy (10) going. Further improved and due for a change of luck. QUICK SPELL (3) at his peak for this and finds an easier contest today. Held his ground through the line when fourth over 1200m at Corowa. Blinkers off again and leading rider engaged. Leading player. WILD ANNIE (11) working herself into some form and comes here in peak fitness. Went forward when a tenacious third over 1200m at Corowa. Gets in light again and sure to be thereabouts. IMPENDING IMPRINT (6) three-year-old filly by Impending from a Hinchinbrook mare on debut for the Donna Scott yard. Has shown ability in the two trials and gets her chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Belnera to finally get off the mark.
