A SHIN SERAPHIM (5) turned in a fine effort to score by 3 lengths at today's course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. KATTOBI HOKKI MAN (4) resumes from a spell of 11 weeks. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 1600m at Ohi. Set for a bold return. MISS HINOKUNI (2) made progress last time out, finishing in third at the end of 1400m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. WESTERN AMIGO (6) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fifth over 1500m at this track after being up on the pace until straightening. Good enough on her day and can run a bold race.
