GOING: H(8)

VALE GARRY TOWZELL MTC LIFE MEMBER BENCHMARK 58 HANDICAP 1065m

Track: Heavy 8     Rail: True.

Pace looks sure to be genuine with Getty and Cyclone Coco matching motors, closely followed by Magic Leprechaun. ANTISOCIAL (1) tough mare racing in career best form. Up in class from the sticky gate when a plugging fourth as fav over 1000m at Corowa in BM66 grade. Assess on her good win two back at Wagga in the heavy (10) conditions. Will take holding out with the claim. MAGIC LEPRECHAUN (3) relished the heavy (8) conditions on his home track when a fast-finishing winner over 1000m at Albury first up. Clearly returned well and goes close here. KING CHARLES (6) back in trip and finds an easier contest. Snagged back from the draw and failed to make an impression when seventh over 1400m at the Sapphire Coast. Blinkers stay on and not to be underestimated. GETTY (2) tough gelding back in grade and adept in all conditions. Returned from a lengthy break with a respectable fourth after sitting on the speed over 1020m at Moruya in C3 class. Will take catching. SUGGESTED PLAY: Antisocial to assert her class.
