Track: GOOD      

Pace looks solid with Silver Spurs pressing forward from an outside draw, along with Holmes A Court. BULLISH NOVA (3) bumped into a big winner here on debut but had shown glimpses at the trials prior and lost no admirers in the result. This looks to shape similarly, though this race is probably easier on paper. Expecting him to have come on from the debut performance and can shed his maiden tag. SILVER SPURS (10) led them up last start and took come catching, finishing just 1.5L off the winner as a $49 chance. Moreira remains in the saddle and he rates highly on the back of that effort. The form out of that has been franked and he can go close again. AMAZING VICTORY (2) sat closer last start and finished 1.5L off the winner in a strong performance over this track and trip. The wider draw this time is a query, but if he can run up to his best, he'll be right in the finish again. JOLLY COMPANION (9) is racing consistently and that level stacks up in this field. Can put his best foot forward.
