Genuine tempo with Poshroc leading the way. LOOSE 'N' VEGAS (5) was put aside after 3 starts earlier in the year where the best of them was fresh up at Omoto in early January. She has the benefit of a 2kg claim, and though she has not had a public trial, she will be ready to run a big race fresh up. NASHA MALA (6) has been quite disappointing since relocating from the North Island earlier in the year, and she makes her poly track debut here. A good draw and a 3kg claim may be enough to see her go close to winning this. OGUN (4) makes his debut with plenty of trial experience behind him. He recently shifted from a North Island stable, and was runner-up here early last month. Use the market as your best guide. CAPTAIN ROY (1) made progress last time in work, and he too has recently joined a new stable after some solid performances earlier in the year. Watch closely, can win. SUGGESTED PLAY: Nasha Mala each way.
