Many of these step out for the first time so a genuine tempo is expected. MARUKAN STORMY (11) debuted six weeks ago and was well supported when she finished seventh over 1200m at this track. Likely improver with that run under the belt. PARROTFISH (9) faced the starter for the first time and finished sixth last start at this track over 1400m. Should be naturally improved. TO THE NORTH END (5) was never really a threat on debut last start over 1400m at this track, finishing 12th. Better for that hitout and is one of the main contenders. KIMIO KOISHITAU (6) finished ninth at her last appearance over 1400m at this track on May 18. No surprise if she figured in the finish here.
