Abundant pace from Macario, Elaine Asti and Jina vying for the lead with Heritage Song on their backs. ELAINE ASTI (12) has been racing well this prep, scoring last start over 1500m at this track to make it two wins from three runs this time in. Should be prominent from the outset. Likely to feature. SANYO SFIDA (5) improved sharply on her fifth two starts back at this track with success over 1400m at Kasamatsu three weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is right in contention. JINA (8) scored at this track last time out with half a length in reserve at the end of 1400m. Has eight wins here. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. One of the main contenders. MACARIO (9) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but was below par last time when out of the placings at this track over 2100m. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is good enough to play a major role.
