Vermilion Kirin should lead and dictate terms. Tough. TEWKESBURY (2) steps up to the staying trip seeking the hat-trick. He's been finishing hard over middle distances and the 1.5kg is handy. He'll go close with average luck in running. HURRICANE ROSIE (6) is one of two leading hopes for the Laming stable. Races forward and missed a nose over 2230m at Grafton last time. Maps for a soft run and fourth-up the extra 220m shouldn't be an issue. Stablemate WILL IT SNOW (3) has won two of his last three with the latest over 1800m on a heavy track at the Gold Coast. Races forward as well, and despite the steep rise in trip he also deserves consideration. VERMILION KIRIN (5) comes out of the same race where he placed behind the above.
