Goes very well when fresh from a spell with three wins from three starts so he should launch this prep in a positive manner. SAMMARU SHIP (1) added to his fine record when second over 1200m at this track at the last run before going for a break on December 12. Has a strong first-up record with five wins from 10 runs so he is a leading contender. LASER SHOW (10) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 6 lengths back in ninth over 1200m at this track. Will give backers a sight. ZODIAC REVE (9) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing second over 1200m at this track last time out. Should be prominent from the outset. Sure to be thereabouts.
